Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Clutter Buddy mobile application (the "Service") operated by Clutter Buddy ("we", "us", or "our"). This document is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.
By downloading, installing, or using Clutter Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Clutter Buddy is a mobile application that provides a 30-day guided decluttering program. The Service includes daily task assignments, before & after photo uploads, and item-count tracking to help users organize and declutter their living spaces.
You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You retain ownership of any photos and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not share your photos publicly or with third parties without your explicit consent.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Clutter Buddy. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Decluttering advice provided through the app is for informational purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clutter Buddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clutter Buddy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
